History

Initially constructed in 1912, the building was built for Citizens Savings Bank who occupied the building for almost 100 years. The historic office building features mahogany paneled elevators and hexagon tile corridors in addition to sweeping views of the City of Pasadena and the local mountains. The property has been meticulously rehabbed and impeccably maintained and improved over the last 10 years.
